The staff from John Wordsworth, downwards are very well trained, always courteous and have so far kept to their promises. I have been driving various cars for nearly 40 years and this is the most efficient, friendly and helpful service centre I have ever visited. My car is returned to me washed, dried and vacuumed with paper carpet covers and seat covers intact. I am always offered a courtesy tea/coffee and transport is provided should I need it. It is a pleasure to deal with Europa Mercedes and I make great effort to recommend whenever possible.
